We will confirm your appointment via text upon booking and prior to arrival at your home. Have additional items that cannot be donated, but you still want to discard? No problem, we can pick up everything! We will provide pricing on-site for item disposal and any mandatory recycling fees (for mattresses, electronics, etc.).
